ABOUT KIM RUTHERFORD
Kim is a psychotherapist, author, speaker and creator of 8Wise™️ the unique method for better mental health and wellbeing. She has over 20 years experience working across the social welfare sector (Housing, FE Education, Employability, Skills, Health & Social Care and) as a senior manager in Operations, Learning & Development and Organisational Development, internationally, and now runs her own consultancy firm and private practice for executive coaching and therapy.
It was her business accolade that led to her developing the 8Wise™️ method for mental health prevention and recovery which was published in her first book, 8Wise™️ Ways to a Healthier Happier Mind, her three follow up books and the globally successful Live The 8 Wise™️ Way podcast.
