This 4-week course provides you with an opportunity for in-depth self-discovery using 8Wise, the blueprint for better mental health and wellbeing.
Through self-evaluation you will learn how your mind has developed, how it impacts your wellness and the challenges in your life. Through 8Wise Discovery you can learn how to make positive changes and create clear strategies for a happier healthier future.
This course is for you if you want to overcome; stress, burnout, anxiety, depression as well as behaviours and habits that leave you feeling negative about yourself putting you at risk of an unhealthy and unhappy life.
