This 4-week course provides you with an opportunity for in-depth self-discovery using 8Wise, the blueprint for better mental health and wellbeing.

Through self-evaluation you will learn how your mind has developed, how it impacts your wellness and the challenges in your life. Through 8Wise Discovery you can learn how to make positive changes and create clear strategies for a happier healthier future.

This course is for you if you want to overcome; stress, burnout, anxiety, depression as well as behaviours and habits that leave you feeling negative about yourself putting you at risk of an unhealthy and unhappy life.

  • The 8Wise™ METHOD
  • Mapping your current LIFE CHALLENGES to 8Wise™
  • Developing REALISTIC PLANS for SELF CARE
  • Creating your 8Wise™ SELF CARE PLAN

  • Virtual Learning only
  • 4 pre-recorded modules, each approximately 90 minutes long. Plus worksheets and tasks.
  • You access this course through a private Facebook group
  • Each module is uploaded weekly
  • You have 8 weeks from the course start date to complete this course.
