We live during a time when these two words are used a lot. But what are they and what do they mean? Here too there is some confusion. Yes, part of achieving wellness and wellbeing involves good nutrition, exercise and relaxation. However, they cover much more than that. Remember, people who eat healthy food, exercise regularly and take time out for relaxation can also suffer from stress, anxiety or depression.

The key themes between wellness and wellbeing are balance, prevention and lifestyle choices that improve and protect your physical and mental health. By practicing wellness and wellbeing, you lead a better life. You are less stressed, you enjoy life more, and you have more energy to do the things you want to do, in turn making you happier and healthier.
