My own recovery process led to the creation of 8Wise™. I then tried and tested it on a diverse range of private clients, during one-to-one therapeutic coaching sessions. The 8Wise™ Way is meant to help you to manage potential turbulences, triggers, and traumas, so that you can continue to work towards a state of optimal mental health. It helped me, it has helped my clients, and I passionately believe that it can help you too.

Suffice to say I have spent a lot of blood, sweat and tears to get to this point, where I feel confident in not only managing my own health and happiness, but to also have the intuition and skills to enable others to embark on this.
